As a simple rule, small packages of one to a few items will be shipped with US Postal. It can take from one to five business days to reach you, and the package will be a sealed water-resistant padded envelope.

All order larger than a few small items will be shipped with UPS Ground, except if you call us for faster shipping at extra cost. UPS will take from one to four business days to reach you.

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii take longer than the standard one to five days and will be shipped with the US Postal Services except if you request another shipping method.

All orders received in the morning should ship that same day or the next day, but no later. If an item is backordered we will contact you to let you know. If you don’t hear from us, then your items are coming!

If you have to have your items by a specific date, please call us to order, and we will use UPS (at an extra cost) because the packages can be tracked and they offer a confirmed delivery date.

We will not be held responsible for delayed packages. Sometimes it happens because of the weather or because someone made a mistake along the way. We ship promptly, but once it is out of our hands, it is out of our control!
